lindseyvonn:”It was an honor to be back in Oviedo, Spain for this year’s Princess of Asturias Awards” @fundacionprincesadeasturias. It was also a privilege to witness @carolinamarin receiving this honor as well as stand along side her, @teresaperales and Paloma for an engaging panel with the community.

Every year this global award acknowledges those who have impacted the world for good in different fields; science, literature, communications and humanity, art and sport. The foundation engages the children from the community throughout the event as well as adults. It’s incredible what they have achieved in the almost 50 years of existence.

It was also incredible to see HRH Princess Leonor and HRH Sophia again. When I received my award in 2019, as the president of the foundation, HRH Princess Leonor attended the ceremony for the first time and honored me with this award. Meeting her again this year, I saw a very strong and poised young
woman.
