English golfer Charley Hull recently took to Instagram to share an exclusive glimpse into her state-of-the-art home gym, sauna, and swim room, highlighting the sophisticated facilities she enjoys during her off-season. With the 2024 golf season concluded and some leisure time at her disposal, Hull has been actively engaging with her fans on social media.

Her Instagram story showcased an integrated fitness haven, complete with a home gym outfitted with high-end equipment, a sauna, an ice bath, and a swim room, all thoughtfully designed for her fitness and relaxation needs. The sauna and ice bath are positioned on a porch leading directly into the gym, which features treadmills, cable machines, medicine balls, and a variety of weights.

The standout feature of Hull’s gym is her advanced golf simulation room, developed by Golf Sims Room, with equipment such as Foresight’s GC Quad launch monitor. This £40,000 setup, complete with custom mats bearing Hull’s name and putting turfs, provides a high-tech space for practicing her swing during inclement weather.
