Jessica Korda, a six-time LPGA winner, has revealed plans to return to professional golf in 2026. Speaking during the Golf Channel’s coverage of the Grant Thornton Invitational, Korda shared that her current focus is on raising her son, Greyson, who will turn one in February.

Balancing motherhood with recovery from a back injury that sidelined her in 2023, Korda plans to use 2025 to assess her readiness before targeting a competitive comeback the following year. The LPGA’s updated maternity policy, which allows two years for a player to return post-childbirth, aligns with her timeline.

During her break, Korda has stayed connected to golf by stepping into broadcast roles, including commentary for sister Nelly’s performances. While she hasn’t competed since the 2023 Cognizant Founders Cup, she remains active, practicing on the range and attending events with Greyson. Reflecting on her journey, Korda acknowledged the challenges of returning to peak physical condition but expressed optimism about her progress. “It’s been a grind,” she admitted, “but it’s rewarding to see progress.” As she prepares for her LPGA return, Korda is also savoring the milestones of motherhood, finding joy in the balance between family and career aspirations.
