Emma Raducanu mocks newspapers over bus story and Porsche rumors

British tennis star Emma Raducanu recently responded with humor to tabloid rumors about her lifestyle, particularly stories involving her car and public transportation choices. Reports had suggested that Porsche, which had provided Raducanu with a 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet as part of a sponsorship, had reclaimed the vehicle due to insufficient promotional returns.

Following this, another story claimed that Raducanu was seen taking a bus, which sparked even more speculation. However, Raducanu mocked these narratives by posting an Instagram Story featuring a laughing emoji and a newspaper icon, clearly dismissing the rumors in her own playful way.

Adding to the speculation around her Porsche, Raducanu shared a selfie from inside a Porsche with the caption, “Like I vanished, I reappeared,” subtly hinting that the stories were unfounded. Currently, the former world No. 10 is sidelined due to a ligament injury and recently withdrew from the Hong Kong Open, though she’s focused on her recovery with hopes of returning to compete in the Billie Jean King Cup Finals in mid-November. On social media, Raducanu reassured fans, stating her recovery was progressing well, although she needed additional time to reach full fitness.
