Charley Hull, even while the LPGA Tour is not having regular tournaments, is constantly hard at work on her craft. The English golfer went to a morning session on Monday (Dec. 9), which is over two weeks after her last outing at the CME Group Tour Championship.

It is four days ahead of the Grant Thornton Invitational, but Hull isn’t participating. Hull likely won’t be in action again until the LPGA Tour resumes play in January, 2025. Despite that, she posted from a golf course this morning during a practice session.

Hull was wearing a bright white skirt to offset the black top she had. She was also wearing a grey puffer jacket for the cool morning temperatures. Even in Los Angeles, the mornings in December are chilly.

The golfer posed in front of one of the bodies of water on the golf course. Her story did not have a location tag, so it is unclear where exactly she was in LA other than on a golf course.

The outfit she wore differed from the all-black wardrobe she featured in an Instagram video post five hours ago.

Charley Hull reveals unique motivation in bet with boyfriend
Charley Hull had a solid end to the season in 2024, and it may have been motivated by a unique bet with her boyfriend. Heading into the final tournaments of the year, Hull revealed the wager and how it pushed her to get better.

“I actually had a bet with my boyfriend. Every five birdies I make we have an extra day on our holiday. I was trying to make 10 birdies. Hopefully I’ll have more over the weekend and I have a two-week holiday at the end of the year.”
She was asked then if it helped her play better:

“100 percent. They [wagers] really do help me focus.”
She recently earned her first LET win in two years, and she had the following finishes:

T19 at the Kroger Queen City Championship (-10)
T12 at the LPGA Maybank Championship (-12)
T2 at the Annika (-11)
T16 at the CME Group Tour Championship (-11)
Wherever she and her boyfriend decided to go on vacation, it was a longer one thanks to several birdies and quality outings to close out the season. As a result of her efforts, Hull finished 2024 ranked as the 10th-best golfer in the world, slipping back into the top 10 after falling out earlier this year.
