Lindsey Vonn,40, Just Shared No-Makeup And Glammed Up Comparison Photos On Instagram

She talked candidly about what “true beauty” means to her in the caption.

It’s easy to see celebrities all glammed up and assume they just naturally look that airbrushed all day, every day. Well, Lindsey Vonn is here to drop some knowledge.

The Olympic skier,40, just shared an Instagram post featuring side-by-side photos of herself. In one, she’s in full hair and makeup; In the other, she’s makeup-free in sweats, standing in what appears to be her bathroom.

“Same person, same day… all that changed was makeup,” the former host of The Pack wrote in the caption. “I love getting glammed up when I have photoshoots and events, but underneath I’m still the same person with the same feelings and things I’m going through.”

The Olympic gold medalist also said that she’s big on remembering she’s still the same person, whether she’s wearing makeup or not. “In the world of IG filters and makeup hacks, I always remind myself that true beauty is the character your bring to every room… everything else washes off! ♥️,” Lindsey said.

Plenty of people commented on how great she looks in the pics, regardless of her makeup status. “Left or Right….GORGEOUS ,” one fan said. “Stunning,” another wrote.

FWIW: Lindsey always wore makeup when she was competing—she told Women’s Health that it made her feel confident—and she even once did a YouTube tutorial about her “race day makeup.”

But Lindsey’s also big on taking care of her skin. She recently told InStyle that she just uses “a basic, exfoliating cleanser and Cetaphil” on her skin. She follows that up with a moisturizer with SPF. “I think that will help my wrinkles,” she said. “I’m not sure if that actually works, but I’m trying really hard!
