Patrick Cantlay and Justin Thomas, members of Atlanta Drive GC, provided golf enthusiasts with an exciting glimpse into the SoFi Center, the innovative venue for the upcoming TGL League. The duo unveiled the advanced virtual golfing setup located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, which seamlessly integrates technology with traditional golf.

Their preview comes ahead of the league’s inaugural match on January 7, 2024, a much-anticipated event spearheaded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. In a clip shared by the team’s official social media account, Thomas, boasting a $30 million net worth, demonstrated impressive drives against a vibrant virtual backdrop before playfully referring to Cantlay as a “faraway hitting machine.”

The video showcased the state-of-the-art features of the SoFi Center, including dynamic LED lighting and expansive digital displays, designed to elevate the golfing experience. TGL will feature six teams, each composed of four elite players, including top names like Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, and Justin Rose.

With a packed schedule of 15 matches, the league promises thrilling competition, culminating in playoffs for the top four teams. The debut of this technology-driven league marks a new chapter in professional golf, blending athleticism and innovation to captivate fans worldwide.
