Carlos Alcaraz can be ‘f*****g horrendous’ claims former top 10 player

Carlos Alcaraz, the rising tennis sensation and four-time Grand Slam champion, has faced sharp criticism from former top-10 player Andrea Petkovic, who highlighted his inconsistency during the 2024 season.

Petkovic, speaking on *The Rennae Stubbs Podcast*, described Alcaraz’s performance at his worst as “f*****g horrendous,” citing his lack of a backup strategy when under pressure. While acknowledging his unmatched peak level and notable victories over World No. 1 Jannik Sinner, Petkovic emphasized his vulnerability against lower-ranked players like Jakub Mensik and Gael Monfils.
