She expressed her determination, stating, “This week, I’m hoping to focus more on my play and play as well as I did on the first day and today and finish strong.”

While her season has seen her make just three of 12 cuts and finish no better than a tie for 31st, Garcia’s opening-round 66 and steady performance in the second round indicate her potential. I had a solid short game going on, and that kind of made me stay patient.”
